working out definitely,reading the book of psalms is great and comforting- I love this website!!

I do various things. The best thing to do is to meet it head on and figure out what it is and deal with it. If not then I will clean, talk to people, stay to myself, cry, write on it, and most def. pray. It just all depends!

It really depends on what kind of stress. But normally I dont really let stress get to me unless it is overwhelming. Sometimes I notice I eat more or eat more sweets
