Gorgeous Cosmetics Review

Hi Ladies n’ Gents,

I have been working with the awesome company of Gorgeous Cosmetics n’ I must say there products are in fact…gorgeous LOL! I saw them at the makeup show n’ really liked there products!! Also another great perk about them is that they have a pro program too sign up here!

Packaging: As you all know the packaging is very important to me! I like how the boxes the product come in are really sturdy! One thing I noticed is that the boxes are not cohesive.

Qiana Lip Liner: $22/Ounces: .04
Application/Pigmentation: As described on GorgeousCosmetics.com is a “Light beige Mauve”. On my skin it showed up very peach looking which is great because I love the way peach looks on my skin! The liner is a very creamy constancy as you are applying it. Once you put it on and it sets it feels more like velvet I filled in my lips using it so you can see for your self. However, the color pay off is great!

Texture/Longevity: One thing I noticed is that the lip liner is very hard to get off! Which is great! The liner is a very creamy constancy. Once you put it on it sets and feels more like velvet and is very hard to get off! I let it stay on to see if it stains…it didn’t.

Grounded Lipstick: $25
Application/Pigmentation: The swatch on my hand shows totally different than what it does on my lips! To be honest I am not going to swatch lipsticks on my wrist because to me thats like mixing oil and water. Why? because once you place the lipstick on your lips your chemical makeup alters the color. Ever wonder why a fragrance smells SO AMAZING on someone else but smells totally different on you! It’s your chemical make up. Whatever smells good on you may or may not smell good on them. Its a toss up. For me once this lipstick was applied it turned a grey/mauve color. One thing I really like is that you get great coverage! Apply one coat and you are set to go! 

Texture/Longevity: The lipstick very soft n’ is Enriched with emollients. Feels like a cross between a matte and satin. I really like the way it feels and the finish! I feel like I have nothing on my lips which is good! When I rub my lips together it feels like I have on a thin layer of something.

Pan 8 Essential Shades Palette: $59/Ounces: 30.4g
This palette is multi-functional! I mean I can highlight and contour with this bad boy for real! This is a palette that you can wear everyday! I can you a few of these shades as eyeliners for sure! I like how wide they are because depending on what I am using it for multiple brush sizes can fit comfortably n’ not cause transferable fallout to the other shades.

Application/Pigmentation: I really like how large the shadows are, this allows me easier access to do more things with them! As fare as pigmentation the shadow  are bold. I really like the matte shades the best because they are true mattes. The shadows are very easy to apply. No hassle 
Texture/Longevity: The shadows are a bit chalky but they apply very smooth! No rough patches meaning they are very blendable! I created the look below at 9am n’ my eyes still looked great toward the end of the evening!

Overall: Gorgeous Cosmetics is dope! I do not review anything I do not like or believe in! Even though these items were sent for a potential review I would spend my own money purchasing these products. My favorite items ended up being the shadows, liner, n’ lipstick. I did not care for the color choice of the lipstick at first but once I lined my lips with the liner (Qiana) n’ put the lipstick on top it looked great! The shadows are awesome! You get a lot of product n’ the color pay off is great! You can’t beat that!
