The Results After A 11 Week Sew-In

Hi Ladies n’ Gents,

I have never kept hair in for this long! I usually keep the hair in for about 3 to 4 weeks, but I am slowly training myself to wear extensions longer, lol. I really enjoyed this hair, I did NOTHING TO IT!

I only washed the extensions ONCE! Yes once, I tried very hard NOT to let the water touch my scalp because I was afraid of it getting matted. I only washed the hair that I left out once every two weeks or so. Once, I was ready to take my hair out, I was excited to see how much my hair had grown. I am not sure how many inches that it has grown, but I am very happy with the results of my hair growth. My hair has grown tremendously and I will be putting the hair back in, in a few weeks after I let my hair rest. Letting your hair rest is crucial because if you dont, I believe that leads to breakage.

During the time I let my hair rest I am going to:
1. Get my ends trimmed (once)
2. Wash and condition every week

I saved those extensions because they are reusable and are still in great condition. Ok guys, below are pics of my hair! I really feel the biotin and vitamins has helped A LOT!!!
