How To: Dramatic Bridal Makeup

Hi Ladies n’ Gents,

Bridal makeup takes a great deal of time n’ skill! I like to take an hour or so with the bride for multiple reasons:

1. Number 1 n’ Most importantly so she can relax! Usually brides are quite frantic on there special day n’ busy! So when they sit down with me they know that it is almost show time n’ hopefully everything should be in order by now *fingers crossed*
2. She is the star of the show! So she gets the most time
3. So we do not have to rush

I moved very quickly on this video..it took a little under an hour to complete here makeup! I am quite impressed I got it down to less than 7 mins! I also tried not to talk to much in the video because I could have preached for the entire 7 mins LOL! N e who…everything is listed below! Feel free to list your question in the comment box.

Skin Prep: 
1. Olay Toner-to Cleanse the Face
2. Mac Skin Refined Zone-Matty Skin
3. Smashbox Photofinish Primer Light-Helps foundation sit on top of the skin
4. Chanel Lip Moisturizer
5. Mac Painterly Paint Pot-Prime The Lid

Eyes:
1. Mac Saddle Eye Shadow– in between lid n’ crease (a.k.a transitional area)
2. Mac Amber Lights Eye Shadow– On Lid
3. Mac Arena Eye Shadow– On top of Amber Lights
4. Mac Embark Eye Shadow–Crease n’ Outer V only
5. Smashbox Liner in Jet Set Deep Black 
6. Mac Espresso n’ Embark eye shadows-under the lower lash line, it really intensifies the look
7. Mac Feline Eye Liner-Line the lower lash line n’ waterline (if they are a cryer this is a no no! Or use a water proof liner n’ mascara)
8. Mac Carbon Eye Shadow to Set the Liner
9. Mac Rice Paper Eye Shadow-in tear duck
10. Falsies were from Here

Face:
1. Face Atelier Foundation
2. Bobbi Brown Peach Corrector– for under the eyes
3. Mac NW 35 as Under eye highlight-Do not use to much, flashes white, if Face Atelier had the meticulous color I would use that instead.
4. Ben Nye Banana Powder 
5, Mac Cream Blush in Optimistic Orange

Brows:
1. NW 35 (Same as high light) To Outline the Brow
2. Mac Eyeshadow in Ricepaper-on Brow Bone
3.  Mac Eyeshadow in Espresso– Fill in Brows

Lips:
1. NYX lip pencil-soft pink
2. Obsessive Complusive Cosmetics Lip tar in Trollop

Utensils
Please invest in disposable products for sanitary purposes i.e Spatulas, mascara wands, n’ lip applicators! Never let anyone near your face using a brush that was in the tube (unless it’s yours or purchased meticulously for you).
