Are We Equally Yoked?

Hi Ladies n’ Gents,

Do you feel that people in relationships who are not equally yoked will have issues in there relationship? (i.e social class, education, culture etc) Do you think the sex of the person is the main factor?

As you all know, I like to discuss dif topics, n’ I was having a convo with someone that had a very strong view on only dating men with an education. She stated that she was educated n’ only wanted an educated man because they are “equally yoked”. That way, she stated  “there will be no issue or resentment on his side for not accomplishing as much as me”.

Now, she did not mention anything about salary or positions on the job. Her point was to stress that, dating a man with education makes them more equal n’ that the respect level between the two of them is the same!
