She is a young, motivated, n’ passionate woman that hand makes trendy pieces for all women. Check out what she has to say below…
1. Tell us about yourself n’ what you do?
My name is Fatima Spencer. I’m 22 years old and reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. I recently graduated from the University of Xavier and work full-time as the CEO and president of my own flourishing company known as Flowers From Fatima. I design hair flowers and accessories for everyday wear and special occasions. I also maintain the business aspect of Flowers From Fatima, completing day-to-day advertising and marketing for the company.
2. What inspired you to create your business?
I was inspired many years ago by my involvement in my Father’s community beautification program. We transformed our urban neighborhood into a complete paradise. Together with my father, mother, brothers, and sisters, I planted beautiful blooms in the small yards throughout the apartment complex. It was not long until other beauties appeared! We attracted exotic butterflies, hummingbirds, and people. I grew such an attraction for flowers after, through this transformation. It was truly an enlightening experience. Since then, I attempted to recreate and restore this beautiful vision through my floral accessories. My father recently passed, but I was motivated to share the dream of hope, love, positive energy, and natural beauty through the sowing of Flowers From Fatima.
3. What is your secret to being successful?
Success, in whatever form one wishes it to come, comes with FOCUS, perseverance, and hard work. It takes both mental and physical dedication. THAT is the key to attaining ALL good things in life.

5. Where do you see your business going in 5 years?
In the next 5 years, I see even greater growth for Flowers From Fatima. Each day, Flowers From Fatima is blossoming. There is no doubt in my mind that the future is bright for my small bloom. I hope that by that time, I am also at the point where my product may be carried in retail stores, for the convenience of all shoppers. Wherever the business takes me, I see absolute greatness. With growing support and nurturing on behalf of myself, friends, family, and dedicated customers, I see a flourishing dream.
