I love tattoos. Well, to a point. When you take off your shirt and you look like Lil Wayne #SMACKyourself. I do think tattoos can be beautiful and in fact I have one tattoo and it is a red rose. This rose has great meaning to me and I actually drew it myself. To me a rose represent one of God’s greatest creations and beauties and in addition to that it has a a lovely auroma. I am a huge fan of tattoos! Although I only have one, it’s a meaningful big piece on my side. It’s well hidden and it was not as painful as I thought it would be. Through my boyfriend, who is a tattoo artist, I have learned the beauty and art behind tattooing and I have truly became intrigued by it. One thing that does in fact bothers me about certain tattoos, is when people get them and they are randomly placed all over their bodies and meaningless. I am not a fan of tattoos. It devalues a person when a person has tattoos all over their body. This illustration that you posted is what I am talking about, Michelle.
I don’t want to be known as a a guy with tattoo. As a person, I want to be known as a clean person, and to me, it means no tattoos. It looks ugly too. I don’t see anything appealing.
I look at tattoo as a person who wants to rebel. I don’t want to be look that way by observers.

Well personally speaking (I have over nine smallish {4-6″} tatts) I think they can be beautiful and a curse. I don’t think that you should put ANYONE’s name on yourself other than your parents or your children, it’s bad tattoo mojo. I do like them, but I don’t like seeing people who are not professional musicians/artists with neck, face or hand tattoos. All of the artwork that I have can be covered with a long sleeve shirt.
