Definitely a nice house! From a financial perspective your assets would be much greater if you had a nice house rather than a nice car! Also, a car can be wrecked so much more easily and anybody can have a nice car. Lastly, a house is where you spend most of your time and is where you rest your head, so without a doubt a nice house would be my top choice!

This is easy. A clean house.

A house is sanctuary.

A house should be a pleasant place to be.

A clean house should inspire a family to learn how to be clean and neat.

A clean house should be a haven after a frustrating day of work.

With a car, it’s always going to be messy period. It’s hard to make a clean car. With a house, it’s easy to make it clean with air fresheners and Lysol to spray germs.

nice house, definitely. a car depreciates, why would I want a pretty car with lowered value when I could have a great house and the value could RISE? that’s real ghetto to have some gorgeous BMW pull up to some falling apart shack, never a good look and clearly shows no real life financial savvy lol
